We all love the idea of a wedding on a beautiful summer day in the local church, but in the UK, it is likely that rain will put damper on things. Failure to do so, it may be just the cast and windy. Weddings in Greece, I think of breaking dishes. To be honest, it's not my idea of celebration, but do not take on board all the Greek tradition, if they decide to take on one of the many Greek islands. You can still traditional British wedding ceremony, while using the Greek weather, stunning views and a myriad of excellent wedding locations available. Other popular destinations for weddings in Greece are the islands of Crete, Santorini and Zakynthos, also known as Zante.
Heading further east brings us to Turkey, beautiful country with a strong position in Europe and Asia. Weddings in Turkey are still popular in recent years. Like Greece, many of the popular destinations in Turkey and the coast are home to many ancient ruins from the time of the Roman, Byzantine and Hellenistic era. Weddings in Turkey is almost guaranteed good weather, but at the height of summer it may be too hot, so the arrangement of wedding in March, April, May and late September or October, as temperatures from June to August is unbearable for us Brits.
New York may not be the first place you think to find a reliable weather, but in New York is at a similar latitude to Turkey and Greece, and so has a long and beautiful summer, apart from Great Britain. Weddings in New York can be stored in one of the cities, many luxury hotels, as well as one of the many multi-faith church. Central Park is also an ideal place for an outdoor wedding, possibly followed by a horse driven tours in the famous city streets.
These are just three potential wedding destinations that offer a much more reliable than the weather in Great Britain is not, so if you're looking for something other than the UK to tie the knot, then look at the wedding in New York, in Greece or Turkey and you wont be disappointed.
